With a 600ml capacity and four preset temperature settings, this unit addresses the need for on-demand hot water in locations where standard kitchen facilities are unavailable.
This travel heating kettle features four selectable temperature settings: 45°C, 55°C, 85°C, and 100°C. Each setting corresponds to different beverage preparation requirements, from warm drinking water to tea and instant food preparation. An NTC temperature sensor monitors water temperature and maintains the selected setting with ±2°C accuracy.
The 500W heating element brings a full 600ml volume from room temperature (25°C) to 100°C in approximately 8 minutes under standard test conditions. The detachable power cord connects directly to the base, allowing the kettle body to be carried separately when not in use.
The inner container is constructed from food-grade 304 stainless steel, suitable for contact with drinking water and beverages. A double-layer insulation structure separates the inner stainless steel chamber from the outer shell, keeping the exterior surface cool to the touch during operation.
Two layers of overheat protection are integrated into the design: an automatic trip function that disengages power when internal temperature exceeds safe limits, and a thermal fuse that provides permanent circuit interruption as a secondary safeguard. The unit is equipped with boil-dry protection, which shuts off heating when the water level is insufficient.
The kettle measures 109 × 109 × 202mm and weighs 0.55kg (net), making it compatible with standard luggage dimensions for air travel. A woven carry strap attaches to the lid ring, allowing hand carry during transit. The detachable power cord stores separately, reducing the risk of tangling during transport.
The exterior surface is finished in matte plastic, available in white as standard. Custom color options and logo printing are available for volume orders.
