A successful home appliance range needs more than a competitive price. Brands, importers and retail buyers also need products that fit their target markets, sales channels and price points. Windspro's 15A, 16A and 16HR series offers three ways to build a range around a shared 4L evaporative air cooler platform.
The series takes its design inspiration from a shield. Rounded contours soften the appearance of the housing and help create a consistent visual identity across the range. Buyers can choose a straightforward mechanical model, an electronic model with remote control, or a cooling and heating version according to their product strategy.
| Model | Controls and functions | Suggested product positioning |
|---|---|---|
| 15A | Mechanical push-button controls | An entry-level option for customers who prefer direct, simple operation |
| 16A | Electronic controls with remote control | An upgraded option for buyers who value convenient adjustment |
| 16HR | Evaporative cooling plus PTC heating | An option for ranges designed around both warm- and cool-season use |
15A(Mechanical control)
16A( with remote control)
16HR(cooling plus heating)
The models share the series' basic specifications. The main differences are the control configuration and the heating function: the 15A and 16A do not have heating, while the 16HR adds PTC heating.
For brands planning more than one price point, the 15A can serve as a simpler control option, while the 16A offers remote convenience. The 16HR gives the range an additional cooling-and-heating choice. Pricing, electrical configuration and certification requirements should be reviewed for each target market.
The 4L detachable water tank balances capacity with the size of a household appliance. It can be removed for refilling and cleaning, helping users maintain the water system between uses.
Refill intervals depend on usable water volume, temperature, relative humidity, fan speed and operating conditions. Change the water and clean the tank and cooling pad regularly for better use is a must.
This product's water consumption is approximately 300 ml/h, which means a full tank can last for around 12 hours.

An evaporative air cooler uses water evaporation to absorb heat and provide a cooling airflow under suitable conditions. It also adds moisture to the air. Unlike a fixed air conditioner, it does not use a compressor-based refrigeration system and is intended primarily for personal or localized airflow rather than guaranteed whole-room temperature control.
Evaporative cooling is generally more noticeable in dry, well-ventilated conditions. This series has been sold to markets including France, Germany, Mexico and Malaysia, with repeat orders from customers.

The shield-inspired design gives the three versions a shared appearance while allowing buyers to offer different configurations. The rounded housing is intended to fit into a variety of home environments and support a consistent visual identity across a branded range.
Bedrooms and resting areas: Place the unit where localized airflow is needed, according to the room layout.
Home offices: Adjust the airflow direction and fan setting to suit the user's workspace.
Living rooms and small commercial spaces: Position the cooler near seating or activity areas as a supplementary airflow device.

An evaporative cooler and an air conditioner serve different purposes. An air conditioner is designed to control indoor temperature, while an air cooler provides airflow and, when its water-cooling function is used, adds moisture. An air cooler can be considered for supplementary airflow in an air-conditioned space; whether to use the water-cooling function depends on the room's temperature, humidity and ventilation.
Unlike a misting fan that releases water droplets into the airflow, an evaporative cooler draws air through a wet cooling medium.
The series combines a water pump, rear-mounted motor and evaporative cooling structure in a shared product design. For brands, it can sit between a conventional fan and a compressor-based air conditioner as a supplementary airflow option.

Windspro works with brands, importers and retail-channel buyers on product selection and private-label projects. The shared platform allows buyers to discuss a coordinated range while selecting the controls and heating functions appropriate to each product position.
Logo, color, packaging and other customization requests can be discussed. Feasibility, processes, minimum order quantity, costs and lead time depend on the project. We can also review voltage, plug configuration and available testing or certification documents for the selected model and destination market.

1. What is the difference between the 15A, 16A and 16HR?
The 15A uses mechanical buttons, the 16A has electronic controls and a remote, and the 16HR adds PTC heating to evaporative cooling. The 15A and 16A do not have heating. Confirm the accessories for each order with our sales team.
2. How long can the 4L tank operate?
It is approximately 12–13 hours at a water consumption rate of around 280–300 ml/h. Actual operating time varies with usable water volume, temperature, humidity, fan speed and other conditions.
3. Can an evaporative air cooler replace an air conditioner?
It should not be treated as a direct replacement. It uses evaporation to support localized cooling airflow and cannot guarantee whole-room temperature control or a fixed temperature reduction.
4. Does it require installation?
It does not require the installation associated with a fixed air conditioner. Before use, follow the instructions to fit the castors and any other supplied accessories, fill the tank and connect the power. Maintain appropriate ventilation.
5. What can OEM/ODM buyers customize?
We can discuss logos, colors, packaging and other requests. Feasible options, production processes, configurations, minimum order quantities and costs depend on the project.
6. Can you provide certification documents for export?
Requirements vary by destination and configuration. Share your target market and selected model so our sales team can confirm which certificates and test reports are available.
7. What quality checks are available, and can you provide an FRI checklist?
We work with third-party testing organizations, including TÜV and SGS, as relevant to our quality and compliance activities. An FRI (final random inspection) checklist and available life-test reports can be discussed with our team, subject to the product and project. For outdoor products, UV testing may also be relevant; it should not be assumed to apply to this indoor series without confirmation. The availability and permitted marketing use of any report must be confirmed.
