The Improvement Result
One of the significant complaints we received was about the LED display window of our rice cookers.
Customers reported that the display window was prone to accumulating grease stains and was easily scratched. Upon investigating, we discovered that the material used for this component was ABS plastic.
This material, although commonly used, had substandard transparency and hardness, making it less durable and more susceptible to damage.
To address this issue promptly, we decided to modify the mold and switch the material to transparent PP (polypropylene). This change significantly improved the transparency and hardness of the LED display window, making it more resistant to grease stains and scratches. As a result, the product became more durable and aesthetically pleasing, effectively solving our customers' complaints.We just finished all the improvements in 15 days.
